Privacy at El Centro
El Centro collects only the information needed to operate Teen Center programs, support student safety, manage venue requests, and communicate with families.
Information we collect
Family accounts may include names, contact information, addresses, student birth dates, schools, grades, emergency contacts, learning support information, medical conditions, medications, program agreements, registrations, and attendance. Booking and review forms collect the information shown on those forms.
How we use information
We use information to review registrations, safely serve students, contact families, respond during emergencies, manage attendance, process booking requests, prevent scheduling conflicts, and improve El Centro services.
Who can access information
Access is limited to authorized El Centro staff and service providers needed to operate the website, authentication, database, hosting, and email delivery. We do not sell personal information.
Parents and guardians
Parents and guardians can update information in the portal, withdraw registrations, remove student profiles, or request correction, access, or deletion by emailing office@elcentrolynn.org. Some records may be retained when required for safety, legal, insurance, or operational purposes.
Security and retention
El Centro uses restricted administrative access and reasonable safeguards. Information is retained only as long as needed for program, safety, financial, insurance, or legal purposes, then securely deleted or anonymized.
Children’s privacy
The family portal is intended for parents and guardians to manage student information. A parent or guardian must provide and approve information for a child under 13.
